I am looking for my niece's birth mum Xi Wang. My niece Jessica has not seen her birth mum since birth. My niece has been raised by her grandma and has never met her mum. She really want to see Xi Wang - her mum. Please help. The photos were taken when Jessica was a few weeks old. Jessica was removed from her mum by Department of Child Protection back in that time.
