I am looking for a long lost friend. Rebecca Jane Hill was from Balwyn and then moved to Toorak. Her father was the former Mayor of Stonnington in 2001-2002. Her mother is Val and brother Nigel. Rebecca was also friends with Bridget Forbes (nee). We lost contact around 35 years ago.
