I am searching for my adopted father’s family. Vera, the daughter of Liz CROFT (nee O’Brien), niece of Jack and Jess O’BRIEN, gave her son up for adoption to St Vincent’s Orphanage at Nudgee Brisbane, after he was born 11th June 1922. He was then adopted Feb 1925, by his maiden aunt Mary Anne O’Brien of 107 Adamson St Wooloowin, and she named him Patrick Francis O’Brien. He went to St. Columban’s College Clayfield Brisbane. Mary Anne O’Brien Died 20th March 1942 aged 73yrs.
