Patricia is the daughter of Patrick Peter Smyth Dec`d 1964 and Simonne Collinet Dec`d in childbirth 1924. Both Father and Daughter changed their surnames by deedpole in 1954, to Adare. Last known address of Patricia was Elwin St Peakhurst NSW at the time of signing the deedpole. Patricia has a daughter Elizabeth who was a witneess to this signing.
